Refund policy
Tattooed Golf Society – Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Tattooed Golf Society gear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, and custom products cannot be returned.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tattooedgolfsociety@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
