Tattooed Golf Society – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Tattooed Golf Society gear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return it under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom products cannot be returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tattooedgolfsociety@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
